Great end to the Horsemen series loved Reseph and Jillian together they were and amazing couple and she was so brave given the circumstances. I loved their love story the love scenes are so hot! Larissa can sure write some amazing and believable love scenes that make go" Oh wow I've done it like that and yes Friction is"... um ok getting off track all in all great book ending a little to rushed for me but I got my happy ending and a peek into Reaver's soon to be HEA! Thank God their Daddy issues are over!!!

Ok first off I have to say this... To all moms with girls please talk to your daughters about sexual abuse and about being safe and thinking with you head first instead of your heart. Not all guys are trustworthy always go with your gut filling and please please girls girls talk to your moms, don't hold anything back and never be afraid to tell on someone no mater what they hold over your heads, having heart ache and going through a trauma is not something to be held inside TELL TELL TELL someone!!!

Ok not that I got that out... this was a wonderful I/R story, a short read but good nonetheless... This story was about a woman with goals and an agenda set for her life. College, job then become wife and mother... It was also a story about a man with similar goals, he is a hard working man with two jobs one to pay the bills and one to lead the way to his dream job as an musician. As they both work toward those goals there worlds collide and wham!

They were and awesome couple to read about. There growth from friends to lovers was so endearing and wonderfully done they made me smile a lot. I loved Ebony she was confident and sexy and sweet and loving and a very easy going, a person I could see as a close friend. Brian was H.O.T. of course they always make you fall in love with the men, but really I loved them both equally they were a well matched couple. I loved that he was hard working and I loved how the author incorporated what they actually did for a living. It was so neat to actually read about a Man that did gardening for a living it totally gave me a different look on it. You don't think about the gardner going to house to house and the muscles that end up aching from the day of mowing lawns... Ebony sure enjoyed it after there second meeting and he showed up at her house to do the lawn the shirt off the sweat dripping down his body sure did change her tune about him..lol There relationship was so sweet and so believable the insecurities, the trust, the love making, it all just was wonderful to read.

The only problem I had and the reason for the 4 stars is the whole interracial issue I admit I got her concerns and all but its really 2012 going 2013 nobody really cares anymore other than family which she did make that as the main issue as to why she was scared to date him but to be honest I could have done without that being a problem in this book there love story was so good it didn't need that in the background. I'm just so over it in romance books don't get me wrong I know its still out there but its just not necessary in fiction ya know? I mean I do want my fiction to have something believable but the whole race issue thing is just old I mean played out....

All in all a wonderful read the drama was good the thing that happen to Ebony was written in the story well I just hated the way she handled it because she was such a strong confident and smart girl It was just hard for me to except the way she kept it all to herself and then When Brian found out I wanted to knock his ass out... first things first men if you trust your love of our life listen first then think I mean really listen and watch... yeah he didn't do that and that hurt the most had me crying yeah there was a boohoo moment....

Well I have said(typed) more than enough my hands hurt. Good book loved it. Will I read the next one? Probably just to see what Brian and Ebony are up to. The next book is supposed to be about her best friend and I'm not sure about reading about her she came of a lil selfish and high maintenance for me... Ok now Im done blabbing...

Slave to Sensation by Nalini Singh

Well if this wasn't like watching an episode on the syfy network I don't know what it is.... I enjoyed this a lot but I have to say I got a big headache reading it, well and listening to it audio.. Sasha a Psy that have no feelings what so ever meets Lucas who is a changeling aka shapeshifter and awakens those so called feeling, emotions that were buried deep inside her. Together they fight the Psy net to find out who's kidnapping and murdering changeling women. Through that they find love and a bond that is so hot and beautiful. I loved how all his pack mates bonded with her the touchy feely way they were with each other was sweet. I'm going now to read some smut because my head is so filled with scientific knowledge that is needs something kinky it it to keep me going lol:) all in a a enjoyable scientific read but lacked the romance I needed to keep my head on straight.

What an action packed load of fun. So much went down in this book I felt that I was running through the whole entire story, I enjoyed it a lot.

Oh to save the world Cara has the weight of the world branded on her chest and it's slowly killing her and if that happens the world as we know it ends or at least starts to. She is caught up in a whirl wind of all kinds of monsters and angles and with one seal already broken and one horseman down the other 3 have to try and keep theirs from being broken and with Ares aka war's seal being branded on Cara time is not on their side with it killing her. Along with trying to keep her alive they start a love affair that rocks the mountains She open this horseman's heart and brings him to heel like all the hellhounds she becomes bonded to.

I have to admit my fav parts were getting a taste of the cast from demonica series when wraith appeared I wanted to jump for joy. He's still is a smart ass cocky bastard who loves the hell out of his mate so cool!

going to save him from her.” For some reason, he smiled at that. “My mate can be a total badass. It’s so hot.” Love that guy!!! :)
Well I cant wait to read the next book!!!

Well I have to say I thought this was going to be another y/a brat meets bad boy story and end up hating it. But boy was I wrong this is type of young adult romance I've been waiting to read.. I admit I started out hating this story Abby got on my nerves with the way she was stringing Travis and the other dude along. I mean sleeping in the bed with one guy why you are so called seeing someone else how in the world do think your not going to be labeled? I just didn't get that, yeah yeah, I know she "lost a bet" and had to stay with him but she sure in hell didn't have to sleep in the same bed...
The other thing that bothered me was the that this was a college scene but jeez it was so High school who in the hell eats in the cafeteria in college??? LOL! every day I thought that was just cheesy... Yeah thats when I stopped reading for a while..

Then I started reading again and I tell you last night I could stop until I finished. Boy the hotness these too had for each other was addicting. You know that song by Beyonce Crazy In Love thats what this book should have been called they were defiantly that.. crazy in love. And after Abby finally realized she loved him the book took off on a high note for me. I ended up having the same feelings for both they both had issues and deserved on another. I liked the secondary couple as well. I loved that Travis was a fighter he was so alpha male! But once he realized he was in love he was a hot mess I mean a H.O.T. MESS! Thank goodness there was some lovemaking to make it even better I'm just saying its hard to read a romance book without it. LOL! Thank God they weren't in High school! Overall a great book it you want some of that fifty shades of crazy kind of love.. which I have been in the mood for ever since reading about 50!

The Summoning by Kelley Armstrong

I really liked this it was a fun creepy read about a group of teens who all end up in this group home because they have some issues and find out they have special gifts. Chloe the heroin of the book finds out she can summon the dead. To me it was a bit dark for teens but know a days every new book thats coming out is dark. I wouldn't recommend reading this at night the descriptions can be very creepy I'm talking The sixth Sense I see dead people creepy. But overall a great read I had to run back to the library to get the next book because it ended abruptly.

Well Here is my cast yeah I knw Chloe hair isn't right but I thought they said she was a strawberry head but I must have read that wrong because the second book which I'm reading now they say blonde oh well this is who I pictured deal with it.. lol

Good all around historical romance with good friendships and friends that turn into lovers.. Some good romantic scenes that make you go" awww that was nice." A spicy love scene involving a tree that left me with something to remember always.. ;)

Nobody's Hero 4★ Rating

Melanie Harvey writes a wonderful story about a white rapper WM and a black BW author who fall in love. I have to say this was a wonderful surprise and a interesting way to write about an interracial couple in a different way. One you don't hear about that often if not at all.

I have to admit at first I was kinda wondering how all this was going to play out. But as I read, and kept on reading. I got all happy and had that fuzzy feeling inside. The way Ricky's mind works was amazing to me and Carolyn was a interesting person herself she was so sweet. There was so much tension between the two you could really feel it. The love is strong between the two you really root for them to work it all out.

This is a short read but you don't even notice because its almost like your standing in the room watching everything thats going on. The dialogue got to me a little bit, because I sometimes couldn't tell who was talking, but then again it reminded me of watching Iron man 2. The dialogue was fast pace you had to pay attention and keep up..lol

Any-ho This was a lovely read I'm glad I found it. I love how they take a chance on each other and respect one another Ricky's lyrics had me tuning in to Eminem even though author used her own stuff, I couldn't help but pull out some of Eminem's song to get the feel of Ricky as a white rapper. It's so awesome.

I recommend this to all my goodreads friends who love a different take on an interracial couple and a good reading challenge with lots of tension. Warning Ricky is a rapper so you know the language can get a bit rough. but you can get passed it cause it was well written and fit with the character.
